What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

The workmanship of your mural is guaranteed. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know, and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Please follow the instructions below for damaged or defective products, and we will quickly send you a replacement.

1. Take a photo of the damaged item; please include a photo of the box if damaged.

2. Send your photos via email to us at: Be sure to include the full name on order, your order number, and a brief description of the damage.

3. We will email you the next business day confirming your replacement and then produce and ship out your new mural.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item by mail before the return can be processed.



Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we would be happy to exchange your order for a mural of equal value at no additional charge.



If your mural is damaged or incorrect, you may receive a full refund for your product. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 15 days from the ship date.

Please note that the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different from the print you receive due to differences in monitors. If you are concerned with the colors, please ask for a sample of your mural.

Order Changes

If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to make the change for you for no additional fee.

After standard production time (5-7 business days), UPS will have your order delivered within an additional 1-6 business days, depending on your location.
